The Gazoz book
I am thrilled to share that the Gazoz book, a collaboration between Benny Briga, myself, and photographer Dan Perez, has been released!
Benny is the humble genius who has almost singlehandedly revived Israel’s – and now the world’s – thirst for these fizzy, non-alcoholic drinks with an Israeli pedigree. This gorgeous, visually-driven and happy-making volume contains the recipes and techniques needed to replicate the magic Benny makes at his one-of-a-kind shop in the Levinsky Market of Tel Aviv, and there are also recipes for probiotic beverages kombucha, jun, and kefir, as well as stunning photography of Benny at work and around Tel Aviv.
